1. Purpose
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation of individuals in Patoq Private Dinners organized by Patoq (“Organizer”).
1.2 The purpose of the dinners is to provide an intimate, high-end experience combining culture, conversation, and cuisine with a curated Guest of Honor.
1.3 By registering for a Patoq Private Dinner, participants (“Participant”) acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. Participant Role
2.1 Participants will attend the dinner as one of six curated guests.
2.2 The dinner will be conducted under the guidance of a professional host, who will moderate the conversation.
2.3 Participants may submit up to three questions in advance. Only questions approved by Patoq may be addressed during the dinner. Submission of questions does not guarantee inclusion.
2.4 Participants are expected to engage respectfully and in accordance with the spirit of the event.
3. Confidentiality and Use of Devices
3.1 All participants must leave phones and electronic devices at the door.
3.2 Photography, audio, or video recording during the dinner is strictly prohibited, except for professional photography conducted by or approved by Patoq.
3.3 Participants must maintain strict confidentiality regarding:
3.3.1 The identities of other participants;
3.3.2 Conversations, discussions, and insights shared during the dinner;
3.3.3 Any materials provided by Patoq or the Guest of Honor.
3.4 Breach of confidentiality may result in removal from the event, forfeiture of fees, and potential legal action.
4. Selection and Admission
4.1 Attendance is strictly by invitation or approval by Patoq.
4.2 Patoq reserves the right to approve or decline any participant at its sole discretion.
4.3 Acceptance is not guaranteed and does not create any entitlement to future dinners.
5. Confirmed Dinner Date
5.1 Each dinner will take place on a pre-determined date, based on the availability of the Guest of Honor.
5.2 Participants must confirm their ability to attend the confirmed date. No alternative dates will be provided.
6. Dietary Requirements
6.1 Patoq will provide the dinner menu in advance.
6.2 Participants must disclose all dietary restrictions, allergies, or medical requirements.
6.3 Patoq is not responsible for any issues arising from undisclosed dietary restrictions or allergies.
7. Media and Photography
7.1 Professional photography may occur during the event for Patoq’s promotional purposes.
7.2 Participants may post photos from the event on social media with proper tagging of Patoq and the Guest of Honor.
7.3 Any commercial use of event photography or related materials requires prior written permission from Patoq and the Guest of Honor.
8. Fees and Payment
8.1 Participation fees vary per dinner depending on menu, Guest of Honor, and other event-specific costs.
8.2 Exact fees will be communicated to participants upon approval of registration.
8.3 Payment must be made well in advance to secure the participant’s seat.
8.4 Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in extreme unforeseen circumstances (e.g., serious illness or accident).
9. Force Majeure and Cancellation
9.1 Patoq may, at its discretion, reschedule a dinner due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to illness, travel restrictions, or other unforeseeable events.
9.2 Participants must notify Patoq immediately if they are unable to attend. Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of the participation fee.
10. Liability
10.1 Participation is at the participant’s own discretion.
10.2 Patoq provides a safe environment but is not liable for personal items, property damage, or personal incidents occurring during the event.
10.3 Participants assume responsibility for their own conduct and safety during the dinner.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
11.2 Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of [City], Netherlands.
12. Acknowledgment
12.1 By registering for a Patoq Private Dinner, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
12.2 Acceptance of these Terms is required to complete registration.
