Cancelation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to all purchases, including event tickets, catering services, and products sold by Patoq Catering Services.
By placing an order or booking an event, customers agree to the terms below.

2. Event Tickets (Public Events, Workshops, Experiences)

A. Cancellations by Customer

To maintain quality and minimize food waste, cancellations follow this timeline:

  • More than 7 days prior:
    Full refund, minus payment processing fees.
  • 7 to 3 days prior:
    50% refund.
  • 72 hours (3 days) or less:
    No refund available. Preparations, ingredients, and staffing have been arranged.

B. Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another name at no cost until 24 hours before the event (unless it is stated otherwise).
Customer must notify us via email.

C. Failure to Attend

No refunds or credits are provided for no-shows.

3. Private & Corporate Catering

A. Cancellation by Client

Given the planning required:

  • More than 10 days prior:
    Full refund.
  • 10 to 5 days prior:
    50% refund.
  • Less than 5 days prior:
    No refund.

B. Changes in Guest Count

  • Adjustments up to 10% may be made up to 72 hours before the event.
  • Larger adjustments may incur additional charges.

C. Minimum Spend

Some corporate and private bookings require a minimum spend; this amount is non-refundable.

4. Products (Boxes, Boards, Gifts, Custom Food Items)

Time-Sensitive Fresh Products

Because all items are fresh and perishable:

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of ordering:
    Full refund.
  • After 24 hours:
    No refund.

Custom Orders

Custom products are non-refundable once preparation has begun.

5. Cancellations by Patoq

If Patoq must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • Customers will receive 100% refund, OR
  • A transferable credit voucher valid for 12 months.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the provider.
